229det Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the website at https://229det.vip and all sub-pages, services, games, and tools made available through it.
• "229det", "we", "us", "our" means the operator of the 229det platform.
• "You", "Player", "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding locked bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or matched deposit amount credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all real-money transactions on the Platform are denominated.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

229det reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

If you do not agree with these terms in whole or in part, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting our support team.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to use this Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older. 229det employs age verification procedures at registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts confirmed to belong to persons under 21 will be suspended without prior notice and all associated funds withheld pending investigation.

3.2 One Account Rule. Each individual person is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether to claim duplicate bonuses, circumvent account restrictions, or for any other purpose — is strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts discovered will be closed. Balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited in their entirety.

3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You must update your Account details promptly if any of this information changes. 229det is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate registration details.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC). 229det may at any time, including at the point of withdrawal, require you to complete identity verification by submitting copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable period will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved.

3.5 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable in your jurisdiction. The Platform is directed at players in Bangladesh. Players located in jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited are not permitted to register or use the Platform.

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your password to any third party under any circumstances.

4.2 You must notify 229det immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, if your login credentials have been compromised, or if you notice any suspicious transaction activity.

4.3 229det will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to request your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

4.4 You agree that all bets, deposits, and game activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use will be treated as your own, unless and until you have notified us of a security breach in accordance with clause 4.2 above and we have had a reasonable opportunity to act on that notification.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 229det accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in BDT via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific methods may vary from time to time without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.

5.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

5.4 Withdrawal Matching. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. If a matching return is not possible, 229det may request an alternative verified payment method. The mobile wallet number used for withdrawal must be registered in your legal name and must match the name on your 229det Account.

5.5 Processing Times. 229det aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, weekends, or public holidays. 229det is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or mobile wallet operators.

5.6 No Third-Party Payments. You must not deposit funds from a payment account that does not belong to you, and you must not receive withdrawals into a payment account that does not belong to you. Any third-party payment detected will result in the transaction being reversed, the Account suspended, and the matter referred for fraud investigation.

5.7 Currency. All Account balances, bets, and transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency conversion is applied. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote BDT amounts.

6.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by 229det are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion. These Terms & Conditions apply to all promotions in addition to any promotion-specific rules. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific rules and these general terms, the promotion-specific rules will take precedence for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each offer is stated clearly in the promotion terms. Until the Wagering Requirement is met, Bonus Funds and associated winnings are not eligible for withdrawal.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. 229det monitors Account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-margin arbitrage betting, stake spreading across outcomes to guarantee bonus conversion, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and systematic exploitation of offer mechanics. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have the relevant bonus forfeited and may have the Account suspended.

6.4 Right to Withdraw Offers. 229det reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, including after it has been communicated to players, where circumstances make it necessary to do so — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, technical error, or system exploit.

6.5 Expiry. Unless otherwise stated, unclaimed bonuses expire 30 days after being credited to your Account. Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirement within 30 days of being credited will be removed from your Account without notice.

7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by 229det. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our absolute discretion, including but not limited to bets placed on suspended markets, after event outcomes are known, or in circumstances that suggest fraudulent intent.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual bets and are displayed in the relevant betting interface. These limits may be changed at any time without prior notice.

7.3 Cricket Betting. Bets on BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and other cricket markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant cricket governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced in overs, settlement rules specific to each market type will apply as published in the Cricket Betting Rules section of the Platform.

7.4 Live Casino Games. Games provided by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, and other certified providers are governed by the rules of each individual game as displayed on screen. 229det does not control game outcomes — these are determined by the respective provider's certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealing process. In the event of a technical malfunction during a live dealer session, bets will be settled in accordance with the provider's malfunction and disconnection policy.

7.5 Disconnections. 229det is not responsible for incomplete bets, game rounds, or transactions resulting from interruptions to your internet connection. If a game round cannot be completed due to a client-side disconnection, the round will be settled in accordance with the relevant provider's disconnection rules, which may include voiding the round and returning the stake.

7.6 Errors. In the event of a manifest error in odds, game payouts, or displayed information — including but not limited to pricing errors, system glitches, or data feed failures — 229det reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Payment of a bet does not constitute acceptance of its validity where a manifest error has occurred.

8.1 229det is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are accessible at any time from within your Account settings.

8.3 Gambling should be undertaken as a form of entertainment only. It should never be used as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses. 229det does not guarantee any specific outcome from betting or gaming activity on the Platform.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the 229det brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces — is the property of 229det or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 229det's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits you have made to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.2 229det shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 229det does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no representations as to the accuracy or completeness of any information on the Platform.

10.4 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11.1 Closure by You. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method after deduction of any applicable pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.

11.2 Closure by 229det. 229det reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to void any open bets or pending withdrawals associated with that Account, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) your Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; (c) you have provided false registration information; (d) you are located in a jurisdiction where the Platform is not permitted; or (e) the integrity of our games or betting markets would be compromised by continued Account activity.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account for any reason, all licences granted to you under these terms cease immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We use 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions and do not sell personal data to third parties.

13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies determined by 229det at its reasonable discretion.

13.2 Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to contact 229det's support team at [email protected] in good faith to attempt an informal resolution. 229det will acknowledge your complaint within 5 Bangladesh Standard Time business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 20 BST business days.

13.3 In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement or game outcome, the records held on 229det's servers shall be the primary evidence of what occurred, subject to review of provider-side records in cases involving third-party game content.

14.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 229det with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

14.2 Severability. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14.3 No Waiver. 229det's failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

14.4 Language. These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for reference purposes, the English version shall prevail in the event of inconsistency.
